Meet our Founder

Warren Thomas Leake Jr, but better known as Skip, left corporate downtown law firms over 30 years ago. He wanted to help small business protect their wealth utilizing his unique education background in law and also having a master's in finance.

Skip says often, "My job is to keep you (the client) out of the court room." Most days you will find Skip in a starch shirt and a pair of jeans. He is down to earth but as his clients know, very good at his job.
